insulation rendered in three coats of plaster and painted with exterior masonry paint.
Internal Walls: Hollow brick walls 100mm rendered in three coats of plaster and painted with emulsion
paint to the colour of your choice.

Flat roof areas: Thermally insulated with 30mm extruded polystyrene, screed to falls above the insulation and water insulated with 4mm polyester reinforced asphalt sheet with light coloured gravel

The ceilings will be of smooth concrete finish, followed by three coats of emulsion paint.

Electrical Installations

The pipe-in-pipe method will be used for the plumbing installation complete with water tanks and solar/electric water heating system, approved by the Cyprus water board authority.

Progress reports are especially important to those who live overseas and lack the capacity to check personally on their property periodically. We will e-mail photos that give an up-to-date report on the progress of your property. These photos in your progress reports can also be kept as a memento.
